4. ORDERS, ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is considered accepted only after confirmation by Gear Hub and/or successful payment or deposit processing (as applicable).

Gear Hub may cancel an order at its discretion, including due to:

Failure to confirm details or payment

If an order is cancelled after payment, refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method according to our Return & Refund Policy.
5. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change without prior notice.

Payments are processed through Shopify-supported payment providers and/or approved payment methods.

Promotional offers, discounts, and bundles may have additional terms and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
6. DEPOSIT POLICY (SHIPPED ORDERS)

For orders requiring shipping, a 50% deposit is required before dispatch to confirm and reserve the product.

Orders are not prepared or shipped until the deposit is received and confirmed.

Special-order items (items requested specifically for a customer and sourced on demand) may require deposits that become non-refundable once the order has been placed with the supplier or reserved specifically for the customer.
7. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RECEIVING CONDITIONS

Shipping is typically completed within 5 business days after deposit confirmation, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier operations, public holidays, or external factors outside Gear Hub’s control.

Shipping fees are paid directly to the shipping representative upon delivery, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The customer must pay the shipping fee before opening the package.

Opening the package before settling the shipping fee is not permitted.

Customers must provide accurate delivery information. Gear Hub is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses or unreachable contact numbers.
8. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Key principles include:

Eligible returns within 14 days for products that are unused and in original condition, in alignment with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.

Accessories and consumables are not returnable once opened for hygiene and product integrity reasons.

9. WARRANTY & DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

10. TECHNICAL CHECKS & SETUP SERVICES

Certain instruments may require setup adjustments (action, intonation, truss rod, string changes) as part of normal ownership and playing preference.

Any setup services performed at the customer’s request are considered usage/modification and may affect return eligibility if the product is no longer in original condition.

Gear Hub is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including courier disruptions, supply issues, strikes, government actions, or natural events.

These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be handled through the competent authorities in Egypt, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection rules.
