Refund policy

In accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery, provided the product meets the strict eligibility criteria below.

1. Return Eligibility Conditions

A product qualifies for return only if:

  • It is in original, unused condition.

  • It shows no signs of wear, scratches, dents, fingerprints on glossy surfaces, setup adjustments, string replacement, removed protective films, or modifications of any kind.

  • All original packaging, manuals, tags, warranty cards, and accessories are included.

  • The product passes a full technical inspection conducted by Gear Hub upon return.

⚠️ Any indication of use beyond basic inspection voids return eligibility.

Inspection standards are determined solely by Gear Hub.

2. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers must inspect the product immediately upon receipt.

  • Any visible shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.

3. Refund Processing

If the return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

  • Payment gateway or processing fees may be deducted if applicable.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or shipping damage, Gear Hub will cover the return shipping cost.

Returned items must be properly packaged. Gear Hub is not responsible for damage occurring during return shipment.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable once opened or sold, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects:

  • Electric guitars once sold cannot be refunded or exchanged

  • Strings

  • Picks

  • Headphones / In-ear monitors

  • Microphones

  • Cables

  • Software / digital products

  • Gift cards

  • Special-order items

Sealed accessories may be returned within 14 days if unopened and in original condition.

6. Manufacturing Defects

If a product has a confirmed manufacturing defect:

  • It may be repaired, replaced, or refunded following inspection.

  • Warranty coverage is subject to manufacturer terms.

Damage resulting from:

  • misuse

  • humidity or heat exposure

  • impact or liquid contact

  • unauthorized modification

is not considered a manufacturing defect.
